Key Responsibilities & Training

During this program, you will gain hands-on experience and training in:

• Installing and configuring data center servers and network systems.
• Performing hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Replacing hardware components in servers and network devices.
• Managing storage media operations (e.g., HDDs, SSDs), including data sanitization and destruction.
• Handling support tickets efficiently, meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other internal data center operation teams.
• Adhering strictly to data center operations, security guidelines, and safety standards.
• Working a shift schedule to support 24/7 operations, including weekends.

Basic Qualifications

• You are looking to re-enter the IT field after a career break.
• You have 3+ years of general professional work experience (IT experience not required).
• You hold a Bachelor's degree and are available for continuous work during the training period and upon full-time conversion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for IT infrastructure and hardware.
• Ability to transport data center equipment.
• Strong customer service and emergency response skills.
• Basic English writing ability.
• Ability to work shift schedules (including weekends) for 24/7 data center operations.
