This is a remote position open globally, with a preference for candidates residing in Korea. You’ll be part of the GTM team, responsible for driving new business and partnerships focused on conversational AI and voice-enabled applications.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new accounts in Korea leveraging conversational AI
- Identify business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ voice tech enhances engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Maintain deep knowledge of conversational AI trends, use cases, and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate or quickly learn expertise in voice and audio AI to guide clients in creating voice-enabled solutions (e.g. support agents, in‑app assistants)
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in SaaS or tech sales (preferably AI, generative AI, LLMs, or API platforms)
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to sell technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels
- A mindset blending customer focus with product-driven scale ambitions
- Fluent in English and Korean, with cultural insight into the Korean market

- ElevenLabs의 음성·오디오 AI 솔루션 전문가로서 클라이언트에게 가이드 (예: 지원 에이전트, 인앱 어시스턴트 설계 등)
자격 요건
- SaaS 또는 기술 분야 영업 경력 3–5년 (AI, 생성형 AI, LLM, API 플랫폼 경험자 우대)
- 빠른 목표 달성 및 초과 실적 보유
- 제품·엔지니어링·혁신 팀 대상 기술 솔루션 제안 경험
- 다양한 조직 구성원 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 관계 구축 능력
- 고객 중심 사고와 제품 확장을 동시에 추구하는 태도
- 한국어·영어 능통 및 한국 시장에 대한 문화적 이해
