Key Responsibilities

• Agent-Based Product Development: Design and develop Agent-based products that solve customer problems related to document workflows.
• Advanced Tech Application: Strategically apply the latest LLM/VLM and Agentic architectures to the product.
• Problem Definition and Evaluation: Identify customer problems and formalize them, then build benchmarks to evaluate the best technical solutions.
• Product Refinement: Develop top-tier technology and continuously enhance the product based on customer feedback.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Required

• AI and ML Knowledge: An understanding of AI and Machine Learning, with specific knowledge in NLP (LLM) and Computer Vision.
• Agentic AI Understanding: A clear understanding of Agentic AI.
• LLM Project Experience: Experience leading a project using LLMs, from problem definition to model design, evaluation, and optimization.
• (Full-time) LLM Product Experience: Experience developing an actual product using LLMs.

Preferred

• Agent System Experience: Experience designing and implementing Agent systems based on the latest LLM technologies.
• Pipeline Design Experience: Experience designing complex reasoning pipelines using Chain-of-Thought, Multi-step Reasoning, etc. Experience designing and tuning pipelines using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool Use, and Function Calling.
• Framework Experience: Experience with the latest Agentic workflow frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Research and Awards: Experience as a first or corresponding author in a major international AI conference (e.g., ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML). A top-tier ranking in domestic or international AI competitions (e.g., Kaggle).
• Global Competency: Ability to write technical documents in English and global communication skills, with a strong preference for experience handling global customers.
