What You'll Do

• Assist with evaluating, underwriting, and closing real estate transactions in Korea across the capital structure (private, public equity, and debt).
• Take a primary role in financial modeling and analysis, including understanding financing, structuring, and tax issues.
• Assist in conducting market research and due diligence to build conviction on sectors or investment themes.
• Help prepare approval papers for senior investment staff submission.
• Participate in the management and oversight of a multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio, including developing asset enhancement plans, executing business plans, and serving as a point-of-contact with external partners.
• Opportunity to engage in regional/global GIC Real Estate portfolio strategy meetings and support material preparation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in investment management. Exposure to the Korea real estate investing market is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Robust problem-solving skills to identify issues, generate ideas, and execute solutions.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles, with the ability to conduct financial feasibility/scenario analyses.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with partners, service providers, and cross-functional team members.
• Intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and solutions for enhancing property value and performance.
• A good team player, self-directed, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

필요 자격 및 기술

• 투자 관리 분야에서 최소 2-3년의 관련 실무 경험. 한국 부동산 투자 시장에 대한 노출 경험은 유리합니다.
• 세부 사항에 대한 주의력과 강력한 분석 능력을 갖추고 동시에 여러 프로젝트를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있어야 합니다.
