Nike Korea is looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Analyst to join its Financial Planning team in Seoul. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing financial plans for wholesale operations, preparing corporate budgets, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support Nike’s sustainable growth. Reporting to the Business Planning Finance Director in Korea, you’ll also partner with the Demand & Supply Management team and Nike Marketplace Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning and analysis for Nike Korea’s wholesale business (budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking)
- Manage and report financial performance to local and regional leadership teams (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Oversee corporate SG&A budget planning and monitoring
- Lead the annual trade terms planning process and analyze long-term strategies
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and investments
- Streamline planning and reporting tools to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, planning, accounting, or management consulting
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and Excel
- Knowledge of retail/wholesale financial operations and distribution channels (preferred)
- Critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills

- SG&A 예산 관리 및 월간 리더십 보고서 작성
- 무역 조건 계획 수립 및 수익성 분석을 통한 장기 전략 제안
- 전략 투자 또는 주요 이슈 대응을 위한 애드혹 분석 수행
- 재무 리포트 및 계획 툴 간소화로 업무 효율화
자격 요건
- 재무, 회계, 경영 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상
- 기업 재무, 전략기획, 회계, 또는 컨설팅 분야 경력 3~5년
- 한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수
- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 우선순위 조정 및 자율적 업무 처리 가능
- Excel 및 다양한 재무 툴 숙련자
- 리테일 및 도매 유통채널에 대한 이해 우대
- 분석적 사고력 및 문제 해결 능력 우수
