• Own the APAC recruiting process from application to successful close, ensuring an intentional and thoughtful candidate experience.
• Build trusted partnerships with leadership to ensure timely hiring of the right talent for ambitious company goals.
• Drive our Inclusion, Diversity, Equitability, Anti-Racism (I.D.E.A.) strategy forward, with a strong emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgrounds.
• Ensure scalable & structured hiring plans for all roles.
• Inspire candidates throughout the interview process and build customized closing processes.
• Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including compensation, HR, and executive operations.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, in-house environment.
• Proven track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional global talent.
• Experience coaching hiring managers through the entire recruiting process.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers build inclusive teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Korean. You prioritize candidate and hiring manager time, delivering a high-touch, quality recruiting experience.
• A team player mentality and a positive attitude, comfortable wearing many hats in a small organization.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
