Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Consulting

• Technical Demonstrations: Create and demonstrate technical proofs of concept and performance benchmarks.
• Proposal Development: Create and present technical concept proposals with solution architectures and hardware/software configurations.
• Customer Collaboration: Collect customer requirements through technical discussions, conduct joint customer visits, and assist in uncovering new business opportunities.
• Global Coordination: Connect local customers with our global domain experts and delivery project teams.

2. Solution & System Delivery

• Technical Assessment: Estimate engineering effort for customization and assist in technical risk assessment.
• Implementation: Implement customer-specific work (hardware/software) and lead on-site commissioning activities.

3. Post-Delivery Support

• Bug Fixing: Assist with fixing and solving bugs on customized systems.
• User Support: Answer user queries about our solutions, systems, and related applications.

4. Demand Generation & Content Creation

• Market Engagement: Use your technical knowledge to position our solutions to specific markets.
• Content Development: Build technical content like white papers and application notes, and collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful collateral.
• Events: Contribute to webinars, workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Test Solution Design, or ATE Test Development. Sales and/or industry experience in the Test & Measurement industry is a plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven ability to use one or more programming languages (LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, etc.).
  • Strong ability to debug and solve complex technical problems.
  • Deep knowledge or a strong background in technology (battery, motor, inverter), test automation, and measurement is highly desirable.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Korean and English is required for effective communication in a global environment.
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and abroad, up to 25% of the time.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with a minimum of four days in the office or at customer sites.

2. 솔루션 및 시스템 제공

• 기술 평가: 고객 요구사항을 기반으로 맞춤형 엔지니어링 작업량을 산정하고 기술적 위험 평가를 지원합니다.
• 구현: 고객 또는 DUT(Device Under Test)에 특화된 작업(HW/SW)을 구현하고 현장 시운전 활동을 주도합니다.

3. 포스트 딜리버리 지원

• 버그 수정: 맞춤형 시스템의 버그 수정 및 문제 해결을 지원합니다.
• 사용자 지원: 솔루션, 시스템 및 관련 애플리케이션에 대한 사용자 문의에 답변합니다.

4. 수요 창출 및 기술 콘텐츠 제작

• 시장 참여: 기술 지식을 활용하여 특정 시장에 솔루션을 포지셔닝합니다.
• 콘텐츠 개발: 백서, 애플리케이션 노트와 같은 기술 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 마케팅 팀과 협력하여 영향력 있는 자료를 제작합니다.
• 행사 참여: 웹 세미나, 워크숍, 교육 및 산업 행사에 기여합니다.

자격 및 요건

• 경력: 소프트웨어 엔지니어링, 애플리케이션 엔지니어링, 테스트 솔루션 설계 또는 ATE 테스트 개발 분야에서 2년 이상의 관련 경험. 테스트 및 측정 산업에서의 영업 및/또는 산업 경험은 우대됩니다.
• 학력: 이공계(STEM) 분야의 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 경험.
• 기술 역량:
  • 하나 이상의 프로그래밍 언어(LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python 등) 활용 능력.
  • 복잡한 기술 문제를 디버깅하고 해결하는 뛰어난 능력.
  • 기술(배터리, 모터, 인버터), 테스트 자동화 및 측정 분야에 대한 깊은 지식 또는 강력한 배경 우대.
• 언어: 글로벌 환경에서 효과적인 소통을 위해 한국어와 영어에 모두 능숙해야 합니다.
• 출장: 국내외 출장 가능(업무 시간의 최대 25%).
• 근무 형태: 최소 주 4일은 사무실 또는 고객사에서 근무하는 하이브리드 모델.
