As an Associate UX Designer, you will translate complex business and user needs into intuitive workflows and interfaces using SAP’s Fiori design standards. You’ll work on end-to-end product design from user flows to prototypes and user validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and UX specs
- Develop user flows and interaction design with usability best practices
- Support user testing, validation, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists
- Ensure consistent handoffs to development teams
- Maintain and refine UX guidelines and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent
- Some experience in UX/UI, ideally in enterprise SaaS or B2B products
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
- Experience with user testing or validation sessions is a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English

자격 요건:
- 디자인, HCI 등 관련 전공 학사 학위
- UX/UI 디자인 경력(엔터프라이즈 SaaS 또는 B2B 경험 우대)
- Figma 등 프로토타이핑 툴 사용 능력
- 사용자 검증 또는 테스트 경험 우대
- 탁월한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 영어 능통
