As a Back End Developer at Hopae, you will design and build robust backend systems powering digital identity verification at scale. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability — all while working with the latest in cloud and container tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable backend systems
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket integrations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize performance and security across services
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable code
- Contribute to infrastructure evolution and DevOps automation
Tech Stack:
- Languages: Node.js, TypeScript
- Frameworks: Nest.js
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
- APIs: RESTful, WebSocket, GraphQL
- DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline

Requirements:
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Solid grasp of RESTful API & WebSocket development
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and Docker
- Experience in high-growth or agile environments
- Interest in cybersecurity or digital identity a plus
