Bitrefill, a global leader in crypto commerce, is hiring a Backend Engineer with a focus on LLM/AI for a fully remote position. This role is for a mid-to-senior level professional with 4+ years of backend experience. Your mission will be to build the foundation for a new AI automation initiative from the ground up, leveraging your system engineering skills to manage AI agents and evaluate their performance. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive the development of innovative, AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Management & Evaluation: Manage AI agents, ensuring system availability for internal teams. You'll design and monitor pipelines to evaluate agent performance by tracking conversations and outcomes to measure and improve reliability.
- System Development: Design and implement evaluation pipelines, and identify opportunities for enhancement to boost efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Process Streamlining: Leverage your understanding of company workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of backend experience, primarily with the company's tech stack: Node.js/TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB/MySQL, AWS, and Kubernetes. Prior experience in a fast-paced startup is a plus.
- AI/LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their practical applications. You must provide proof of work with AI, such as a portfolio or contributions to open-source libraries.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Docker, machine configuration, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and managing AI systems.
- Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with all teams to understand business processes. You must thrive in a remote environment and take the initiative to drive projects forward.
- Location: Located in the Europe/Americas time zones (GMT-1 to GMT+3).
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.

자격 요건
