Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing, PR, and digital campaigns.
• Client & Media Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage media relations, including building a journalist network, drafting press releases, and coordinating interviews.
• Content & Event Management: Develop and distribute consistent brand content. You will also organize and manage online and offline events as needed.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Team Leadership: (For Supervisor level) Lead major campaigns and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of client communications and project operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or PR, with agency experience being a must.
  • Senior Account Executive: 4-5 years of experience.
  • Supervisor: 5-6 years of experience, with proven ability to lead campaigns and manage client communications end-to-end.

  • 팀장(Supervisor): 5~6년 경력(초급 매니저), 캠페인을 이끌고 고객 커뮤니케이션 및 프로젝트 운영을 총괄하는 능력 입증.
