ShopBack, a leading cashback platform, is offering a 6-month Business Development Intern position in Seoul. This is a hybrid role for a proactive, positive, and energetic individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in growing ShopBack's merchant base, support business development efforts, and collaborate with various functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who can commit to a full 6-month term.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Growth: Assist in the development, pitching, and execution of new merchant campaigns. You'll also provide the first point of contact for new merchant inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to promote merchants on the ShopBack platform.
- Business Improvement: Support the successful rollout of business performance plans, including system adoption and campaign coordination.
- Special Projects: Take on special projects that will be presented at the end of the internship.
Requirements
- Commitment: Must be able to commit for a full 6-month term.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in English business email and MS Office/Google Office skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Attitude: A positive, team-player, and energetic attitude is key to success in this role.

- 비즈니스 개선: 시스템 도입, 캠페인 조율 및 운영 업무를 포함한 비즈니스 성과 개선 계획의 성공적인 실행을 지원합니다.
- 특별 프로젝트: 인턴십 마지막에 발표할 특별 프로젝트를 담당합니다.
자격 요건
- 근무 기간: 6개월 전체 근무가 가능해야 합니다.
- 기술: 영어 비즈니스 이메일 및 MS Office/Google Office의 기본 활용 능력이 필요합니다. 뛰어난 소통 및 대인 관계 기술이 필수입니다.
