As a Cloud Solution Architect – Success Programs, you will guide customers through large-scale cloud transformation initiatives. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, shaping cloud architectures around Cloud Health, Copilot & AI, FinOps, security, and other success metrics. The role includes delivering workshops, developing migration roadmaps, and driving stakeholder alignment—from technical leads to C‑level.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with technical (TDMs) and business decision-makers (BDMs).
  • Drive customer satisfaction, mitigation of blockers, and cloud usage growth.
  • Lead AI/Copilot adoption, cloud governance, FinOps, and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct technical workshops and define architecture aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Create reusable IP and share best practices to scale across customer accounts.
  • Advocate for customer success internally—highlighting risks, business value, and engineering gaps.
  • Listen deeply and adapt guidance to align with customer culture and context.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 4+ years in cloud, IT consulting, systems engineering, operations, or architecture.
  • 2+ years customer-facing experience with complex cloud adoption.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies and technical project delivery.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel 25‑50% as needed.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's +8 yrs or Master’s +6 yrs in related fields.
  • 4+ years in Agile, FinOps, AI/Copilot, security operations, or change management.
  • Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent.
  • PROSCI Change Practitioner preferred.

자격 요건

필수:

  • 학사 학위 + 클라우드/인프라, IT 컨설팅, 시스템 운영 등 관련 분야 4년 이상 경험
  • 2년 이상 고객 대응 경험이 있는 클라우드 도입/전환 프로젝트 경험
  • 원격 근무 가능 및 25~50% 여행 출장이 가능한 분

우대:

  • 학사 이상 + 8년 경력 또는 석사 + 6년 경력
