What You'll Do

• Commercial Planning: Support commercial planning to help meet sales volume targets.
• Customer Payment & E-commerce: Manage the customer payment experience within the online journey. Support customer care services and perform additional operations related to the e-commerce flow.
• EV Subsidy Management: Monitor the EV subsidy application process and handle related documentation for sales and subsidy management.
• Communication: Ensure active communication between Polestar and the EV Subsidy Agency.

Who You Are

We're looking for a highly competent team player who is tenacious, flexible, and curious. You should be a self-starter who can take initiative, meet deadlines, and adapt easily to a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field or a related area is preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of logistics, trading, and accounting is preferred. You should be detail-oriented, with strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Written and verbal English skills are preferred, as Polestar is an international company where English is the primary language for communication.

• 소통: Polestar와 전기차 보조금 기관 간의 원활한 소통을 보장합니다.
