As a Community & Social Media Operations Intern, you will support our growth efforts in Korea by managing and localizing content for social media channels, engaging with Korean users and creators, and organizing community events. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the global content team and provide data-driven performance insights and recommendations to headquarters. This internship offers the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Operations:
    • Conduct social listening and provide insights (experience in Web3, gaming, AI, or tech startup accounts a plus)
    • Assist with managing Flowith’s Korean social media channels, with potential future ownership
    • Localize global strategies into Korean-specific content
  • Community Building:
    • Engage with Korean users on Discord and KakaoTalk
    • Organize and lead online/offline community events
    • Develop locale-specific use cases and collect user feedback for HQ
  • Cross-functional Communication:
    • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams while autonomously managing the Korean market
    • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations

Requirements

  • Korean native or fluent; professional English required; Chinese proficiency is a plus
  • Quick learner with a growth-hacker mindset, self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about AI, productivity tools, creative tech, and social media
  • Experience managing online communities (Discord, Reddit, KakaoTalk, Telegram); expert-level in at least one platform

주요 업무

  • SNS 운영:
    • 소셜 리스닝 및 인사이트 제공 (Web3, 게이밍, AI, 테크 스타트업 경험 우대)
    • 한국어 SNS 채널 운영 보조 및 향후 독립 운영 기회
    • 글로벌 전략을 현지화한 콘텐츠 제작
  • 커뮤니티 빌딩:
    • Discord, 카카오톡 등에서 한국 사용자와 소통
    • 온/오프라인 커뮤니티 이벤트 기획 및 주도
    • 현지 사례 발굴 및 사용자 피드백 수집, 본사 전달
  • 협업 및 커뮤니케이션:
    • 마케팅 및 성장팀과 협력하여 한국 시장을 자율적으로 운영
    • 성과 지표 분석 및 보고, 데이터 기반 전략 제안

자격 요건

  • 한국어 원어민 또는 유창, 영어 전문 업무 가능; 중국어 우대
  • 빠른 학습력과 성장 지향 마인드, 자율적 업무 수행
  • AI, 생산성 도구, 크리에이티브 테크 및 SNS 콘텐츠에 대한 열정
  • Discord, Reddit, 카카오톡, Telegram 등 커뮤니티 운영 경험; 최소 한 플랫폼 전문 사용자
