Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with 3–5 priority countries in the Western Pacific Region to scope needs and opportunities for integrated food systems, climate, and health programs
• Draft program plans in collaboration with WHO WPRO and country teams, with an equity and systems-based focus
• Map and engage strategic partners, including UN agencies, development banks, philanthropic actors, and research institutions
• Co-develop concept notes or proposals for donor outreach and funding mobilization
• Prepare reports, strategic documents, and donor briefing materials
• Provide on-site support to roundtable consultations and participate in progress discussions

Deliverables

• Country scoping summary for 3–5 countries
• At least two tailored program plans
• Partnership mapping and engagement strategy
• Draft concept notes or donor briefings

Qualifications
✅ Master’s degree or higher in environmental health, international/public health, or a related discipline
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in international research and policy at the intersection of climate, food systems, and health
✅ Knowledge of One Health frameworks and relevant international strategies desirable
✅ Proven ability to produce technical research products and influence policy
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Location

• Home-based, with possible travel for consultations and meetings

Remuneration

• Pay Band B: USD 350–450 per day (part-time, 50%)
• Equivalent to 40 days over 4 months

자격 요건
✅ 환경보건, 국제보건, 공중보건 등 관련 분야 석사 이상 학위
✅ 기후 변화·식품 시스템·보건 분야에서 국제적 연구/정책 개발 5년 이상 경력
✅ One Health 프레임워크 및 국제 전략에 대한 이해 우대
✅ 정책 개발과 기술 문서 작성 역량
✅ 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력
✅ 영어 능통 (읽기, 쓰기, 말하기)

근무지

• 재택 근무, 필요시 회의·컨설팅 출장 예정

보수

• Pay Band B: 일당 USD 350~450 (주 50% 근무 기준)
• 4개월간 총 40일 상당
