- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support real estate strategy development (residential, office, retail, hotel, mixed-use)
- Build financial models and scenarios for feasibility studies
- Prepare PPT-based project reports and presentations
- Coordinate with clients and collaborate across internal teams (Capital Markets, Leasing, Research)

Requirements

Must have:

- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, leasing, acquisition/disposition, or investment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

- Experience in real estate consulting
- English communication skills
