As a Content Moderator, you'll be on the frontlines of our Trust & Safety mission. Your role directly contributes to making the online space safer by reviewing and managing content that may include sensitive or disturbing materials such as violence, hate speech, child safety risks, or self-harm. While much of your work will involve everyday content, the role demands vigilance, compassion, mental resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility. This is a shift-based position requiring you to adapt quickly and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure all content complies with legal and platform-specific policies to protect our user community.
- Maintain and refine content moderation standards to enhance online security.
- Collaborate with internal teams for swift management and response to guideline-violating content.
- Continuously improve content governance strategies for short-form video platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking) with excellent communication skills.
- Quick to learn, highly adaptable, with strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Deep understanding of Korean culture and sensitivity to regional and global social issues.
- Demonstrated interest in and active engagement with short-form video platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based work environment.
- Mental resilience and a proactive approach to self-care, given the emotionally demanding nature of the role.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience or knowledge of internet regulations and policies related to online content moderation.
- Familiarity with legal frameworks around digital platforms and user-generated content is a strong advantage.

자격 요건
최소 자격:
- 한국어 및 영어 능통 (읽기, 쓰기, 말하기) 및 뛰어난 의사소통 능력.
- 배우는 속도가 빠르고 적응력이 뛰어나며, 세부 사항에 대한 강한 주의력과 고품질 작업에 대한 헌신.
- 한국 문화에 대한 깊은 이해와 지역 및 글로벌 사회 문제에 대한 민감성.
- 짧은 형식 비디오 플랫폼에 대한 관심과 적극적인 참여.
- 빠르게 변화하는 교대 근무 환경에서 성공적으로 일할 수 있는 능력.

우대 자격:
- 온라인 콘텐츠 검토와 관련된 인터넷 규제 및 정책에 대한 사전 경험 또는 지식.
