Key Responsibilities:

• Track and log pitches, scripts, books, slates, and talent materials
• Maintain internal trackers (slate manager, grids, etc.) with ownership
• Schedule and document creative meetings centered on greenlight processes
• Liaise with Content Ops, Marketing, PR, Legal, Product teams
• Manage submissions and support relations with external content partners
• Adapt workflows to evolving team needs and support ad-hoc projects
• Contribute to events and team initiatives for operational fluidity

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in content, production, entertainment, or related fields
• Passion for storytelling and content
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Strong judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Native proficiency in both English and Korean
• Proactive, independent, and thrives in fast-paced environments

자격 요건:

• 콘텐츠, 프로덕션, 엔터테인먼트 관련 경력 1–2년
• 스토리텔링과 콘텐츠에 대한 열정
• 우수한 조직 능력, 멀티태스킹 및 우선순위 조정 역량
• 탁월한 판단력, 비판적 사고 및 의사소통 역량
• 한국어 및 영어 능통 (원어민 수준)
• 주도적이고 빠른 환경에 잘 적응하는 분
