Your Role

As a Creator Manager based in Seoul, you will take full ownership of creator-related projects, from planning to execution and ongoing operations. You'll play a crucial role in improving the app environment by empowering creators through tailored programs and strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Own creator-related projects, managing them end-to-end from planning to execution and operations.
• Collaborate with the Central team to plan and implement projects that align with global direction while adapting them for the Korean market.
• Work closely with the Program & Market Insight and Publisher teams on new features and project collaborations.
• Plan, operate, and provide training for creator programs specifically tailored to the Korean market.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience planning and executing projects.
• 5+ years of experience working in product management/development, and/or program management, and/or product owner roles.
• Comfortable working with data to identify actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills, along with strong multi-tasking, time/work management, and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player who is accountable, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Positive and energetic attitude and mindset.
• A strong understanding of the APP platform ecosystem and proven experience working with renowned tech companies.
• Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and demonstrate resilience.
• Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross-culturally.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Korean and proficiency in English for cross-functional meetings with other regions.

자격 요건

필수 자격

• 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 실무 경험.
• 프로젝트 기획 및 실행 경험.
• 제품 관리/개발, 프로그램 관리 및/또는 제품 소유자 역할에서 5년 이상의 경력.
• 데이터를 활용하여 실행 가능한 인사이트를 식별하고 데이터 기반 의사 결정을 내리는 데 능숙함.
• 뛰어난 작문, 구두 및 전문적인 의사소통 능력, 멀티태스킹, 시간/업무 관리 기술, 문제 해결 능력.
• 책임감 있고, 주도적이며, 솔루션 지향적이고, 자율적인 팀 플레이어.
