As a CRM Coordinator based in Seoul, you will support core projects in the areas of Marketing and Client Experience. This includes ensuring the accuracy of customer data, enhancing CRM tools, and supporting communications that elevate client interactions. Your contributions will play a crucial role in delivering seamless experiences for both internal teams and luxury clients.

Responsibilities

  • Test and validate customer data quality projects; report issues for resolution
  • Assist in the rollout and training of new data systems and enhancements
  • Support testing and process improvement for clienteling tools (e.g., FA/WFJ workflows)
  • Manage and report on data recollection status
  • Compile feedback and maintain CRM enhancement backlog
  • Assist with rollout and testing of automated CRM messaging solutions

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience with CRM platforms or customer data systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (IT, retail ops, training)
  • Familiarity with agile methods and backlog tools
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail sectors is an advantage

자격 요건

  • IT, 리테일 운영, 교육팀과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 애자일 방식 및 백로그 관리 툴 사용 경험
  • 명품, 패션 또는 리테일 산업 경험 우대
