Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic direction for AI/data within GGGI
• Build and lead the Data & AI Lab
• Support integration of AI into Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV)
• Create AI-internal data policies and knowledge management tools
• Partner with AI companies, research bodies, and donors
• Represent GGGI at international AI forums and summits
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee AI-related proposals, technical reports, and guidelines

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in AI, Computer/Data Science, or sustainable tech
• 7–10+ years in tech/digitalization, with 5+ in AI/data science
• Experience leading AI initiatives at an institutional level
• Strong command of AI product development, cloud, and agile methods
• Excellent written/spoken English (Korean a plus)
• Strong ethical awareness in AI governance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Publication record in AI/data science fields
• Familiarity with sustainable development, climate data, or MRV
• Experience working with international organizations or public policy environments

• 조직 차원의 AI 프로젝트 리딩 경험
• AI 제품 개발, 클라우드, 애자일 방법론 숙련
• 영어 능통자 (한국어 가능자 우대)
• AI 윤리 및 데이터 거버넌스 이해

• AI/데이터 분야 연구 또는 논문 발표 경험
