The Data Center Operation Trainee role is part of our 2025 Career Re‑Start Program, a 3-month full-time contract designed for individuals returning from career breaks or transitioning into IT. Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in data center operations. Successful trainees may be offered full-time conversion as Data Center Operations Engineers.
Key Responsibilities & Training
- Install, configure, and diagnose data center servers and network systems
- Perform hardware diagnostics and replace components (servers, switches, etc.)
- Manage storage media including sanitization and disposal (HDD, SSD)
- Handle support tickets within SLAs and collaborate with internal teams
- Follow security and safety protocols in a 24/7 data center environment (weekend/shift work)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of prior work experience (industry agnostic) or career break
- Available for full-time commitment during the program and potential conversion
- IT or hardware enthusiasm; comfortable handling and transporting data center equipment
- Basic English writing skills and ability to respond to customers/emergencies
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends

주요 업무 및 교육 내용
- 데이터센터 서버 및 네트워크 장비 설치 및 구성
- 하드웨어 진단 및 부품 교체 (서버, 스위치 등)
- 저장 매체(HDD, SSD) 관리, 데이터 삭제 및 폐기
- SLA에 따른 티켓 처리 및 내부 운영팀과 협업
- 24시간 7일 교대 근무 환경에서 보안 및 안전 규정 준수 (주말 근무 포함)
자격 요건
- 학사 학위 이상 보유자
- IT 경력 유무 관계없이 3년 이상의 일반 직장 경력 또는 경력 단절
- 프로그램 기간 및 전환 시 연속 근무 가능
- IT/하드웨어에 대한 관심, 데이터센터 장비 취급 가능자
- 기본 영어 작문 능력 및 고객/긴급 상황 대응 가능
- 교대근무(주말 포함) 가능자
