Key Responsibilities

• Client Deliverables: Manage instructions for client outputs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Query Resolution: Serve as a contact for commercial queries, leading timely, client-focused resolutions in collaboration with Client Liaison and Commercial teams. Identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of data, process, or product-related issues.
• Workload Management: Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and identify gaps in coding, data input validation, and client instruction environments (CIP), driving the convergence of processes and tools.
• Quality Assurance: Provide accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, promoting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet expectations.
• Global Environment: Operate effectively in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues globally.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in operational/data processing areas.
• Excellent organizational skills, a strong aptitude for teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• High degree of accuracy, proactivity, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills and an aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Project management aptitude (e.g., critical path analysis, task sequencing, problem-solving).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Only local Korean candidates will be considered.

자격 요건

• 컴퓨터 과학/정보 시스템/IT/통계학/수학/경제학/경영학 또는 이와 동등한 학위 소지자.
• 신입 또는 운영/데이터 처리 분야 1년 경력.
• 뛰어난 조직력, 팀워크 능력, 마감 기한 준수 능력.
• 높은 정확성, 적극성, 세부 사항에 대한 뛰어난 주의력.
• 우수한 분석 능력과 데이터 및 운영 프로세스에 대한 이해.
• 프로젝트 관리 능력 (예: 핵심 경로, 작업 순서, 문제 해결 등).
• 영어 및 한국어에 능통한 뛰어난 서면 및 구두 의사소통 능력.
