You will join BCG’s Tech & Digital practice area to help leading organizations solve their most complex technology and digital challenges. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will be given responsibility for shaping key project modules, working closely with client stakeholders and diverse BCG teams. You’ll help drive digital strategy, tech-enabled transformation, and emerging technology projects that create real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic insights on technology and digital transformation
- Work on projects involving cloud, Web3, big data, and customer-centered design
- Own and deliver modules within larger transformation programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Guide clients through digital roadmap development and execution
Qualifications
2–6 years of relevant experience (digital strategy, IT consulting, product management, or tech)
✅ Strong analytical skills and business sense
✅ Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, computer science, engineering, or related
✅ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
✅ Fluent Korean and English
✅ Passion for solving complex challenges through technology

- 디지털 로드맵 기획과 실행에 대한 자문 제공
지원 자격
✅ 디지털 전략, IT 컨설팅, 제품관리 등 관련 경력 2~6년
✅ 뛰어난 분석력과 문제 해결 능력
✅ IT, 컴퓨터공학, 엔지니어링 등 관련 학사 이상
✅ 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업 경험
✅ 한국어 및 영어 비즈니스 수준
✅ 복잡한 문제 해결에 대한 열정
