What You'll Do

• IT/Digital Transformation & Strategy: Help clients rethink the impact of IT/digital on their business and accelerate transformation.
• Emerging Technology Topic Advisory: Advise on Cloud, Blockchain/Crypto/DeFi, Metaverse/Web3.
• Customer Centricity: Reinvent customer experiences using journey maps, empathy, and data to create transformative digital interfaces, marketing strategies, and process innovations.
• Big Data & Analytics: Drive transformational value through cutting-edge applications of AI and Machine Learning at scale.
• Transformation of the Technology/IT Function and Technology Build: Redesign technology functions for improved flexibility, efficiency, and Business-IT alignment.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Approximately 2-6 years of full-time relevant work experience in digital/IT fields. This includes IT Strategy, Digital projects, product management, and designing/delivering world-class software products in leading digital/tech companies, start-ups, or consulting firms.
• Credibility & Relationship Building: A history of building strong credibility and relationships with leaders and both technical and non-technical people to align strategies, inspire stakeholders, and ensure day-to-day execution. The ability to work with and lead multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, data scientists, etc.) is vital.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced quantitative analysis, solid business acumen, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Value Creation Focus: A proven record of driving digital transformation and relevant topics with a clear focus on value creation.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex industry concepts in non-technical terms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Language: Business proficiency in both Korean and English is required.

필요 역량

• 경력: IT 전략, 디지털 프로젝트, 제품 관리, 세계적 수준의 소프트웨어 제품 설계 및 제공을 포함하여 디지털/IT 분야에서 약 2-6년의 풀타임 관련 실무 경험. 선도적인 디지털, 기술 기업, 스타트업 또는 컨설팅 회사 경력 우대.
• 신뢰 및 관계 구축: 리더, 기술 및 비기술 분야의 사람들과 신뢰와 관계를 구축하여 전략을 조율하고 이해관계자에게 영감을 주며 일상적인 실행을 주도한 경험. 엔지니어, 아키텍트, 데이터 과학자 등 고객의 과제를 해결하는 데 필요한 다학제적 팀과 협력하고 이끌 수 있는 능력이 성공에 필수적입니다.
