Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap, focusing on compliance, scalability, and customer needs.
• Lead a team of Product Architects and Specialists to design and implement payroll solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive multi-country localization strategies to meet diverse regulatory, tax, and payroll requirements.
• Ensure alignment between payroll product development and the company’s broader goals.
• Establish scalable frameworks and SOPs for product development and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, innovative workflows and systems.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to proactively adapt products to regulatory changes.
• Verify that all builds meet compliance standards by collaborating with Business Analysts (BAs) and QA teams.
• Set OKRs and performance metrics for payroll products, including compliance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience with a proven track record in global payroll or HR technology.
• Success in leading product teams (including architects and specialists) to deliver multi-country payroll solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing multi-country HR and payroll platforms.
• Expertise in multi-country payroll compliance, localization, and system integration.
• The ability to translate customer feedback, market research, and regulatory updates into actionable product improvements.
• Payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, IPPM) or relevant technical credentials are a plus.

자격 요건

• 글로벌 급여 또는 HR 기술 분야에서 입증된 실적을 가진 강력한 제품 관리 경험.
• 여러 국가의 급여 솔루션을 제공한 프로덕트 팀 (설계자 및 전문가 포함)을 이끌어 본 성공 경험.
• 여러 국가의 HR 및 급여 플랫폼 개발에 대한 실무 경험.
• 여러 국가의 급여 규정 준수, 현지화 및 시스템 통합에 대한 전문성.
• 고객 피드백, 시장 조사 및 규제 업데이트를 실행 가능한 제품 개선 사항으로 전환하는 능력.
• 급여 관련 자격증 (예: CPP, IPPM) 또는 관련 기술 자격 우대.
