Key Responsibilities

• Sub-editing & Fact-checking: Sub-edit copy in Korean from writers with varying levels of experience. You will also be responsible for fact-checking complex personal finance topics in both local and global contexts.
• Content Strategy: Work with senior team members to develop a gatekeeping strategy and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all content, whether it's short or long form.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a wide range of personalities remotely, working closely with the central content team and a network of writers.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in sub-editing in Korean. You should also have experience in developing and gatekeeping a brand's tone of voice.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of personal finance and global finance is essential. You must be used to fact-checking complex subject areas.
• Availability: Must be available to work at least 2 days per week (Monday-Friday).
• Skills & Mindset: The company values a collaborative and friendly personality, an "athletic mind," and a "let's give it a go" attitude. Experience using a CMS is also useful.

• 교정/교열 및 팩트 체크: 다양한 경력과 언어적 배경을 가진 작가들이 작성한 한국어 원고를 교정/교열합니다. 또한 복잡한 개인 금융 주제에 대해 국내외 환경에서 팩트 체크를 수행해야 합니다.
• 콘텐츠 전략: 시니어 팀원들과 협력하여 톤 앤 매너 가이드라인을 개발하고, 짧은 형식 또는 긴 형식의 모든 콘텐츠에서 일관성을 유지하기 위한 게이트키핑(gatekeeping) 전략을 수립합니다.
• 협업: 중앙 콘텐츠 팀 및 작가 네트워크와 긴밀히 협력하며, 다양한 성향의 사람들과 원격으로 협업하는 경험을 쌓습니다.

자격 요건

• 경력: 한국어 콘텐츠 교정/교열 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력. 브랜드의 톤 앤 매너를 개발하고 유지한 경험이 있어야 합니다.
• 지식: 개인 금융 및 글로벌 금융에 대한 지식이 필수적입니다. 복잡한 주제에 대한 팩트 체크에 익숙해야 합니다.
• 근무 가능 시간: 주 2일 이상(월요일~금요일) 근무가 가능해야 합니다.
• 기술 및 마인드셋: 회사는 협력적이고 친근한 성격, "민첩한 사고," 그리고 "일단 해보자"라는 태도를 가진 인재를 중요하게 생각합니다. CMS 사용 경험은 우대됩니다.
