Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RWE/HEOR projects including database studies, longitudinal analysis, and PRO surveys
• Ensure high client satisfaction and delivery quality across all engagements
• Identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development
• Act as strategic advisor and subject matter expert on healthcare data solutions
• Manage client relationships and internal project teams
• Develop technical and business strategies using insights from real-world data
• Represent IQVIA in conferences, publications, and client forums
• Mentor junior consultants and grow team capability

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in RWE, HEOR, or EMR/claims data projects
• Master’s or higher in Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with healthcare analytics tools and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of Korean healthcare and pharma sectors
• Strong client network at the senior level
• Proven track record in business development and project delivery
• Excellent communication in both Korean and English

• 제약사 고위급 네트워크 보유
• 프로젝트 리딩 및 비즈니스 개발 능력
• 한국어 및 영어 능통 (문서 및 발표 가능 수준)
