Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate high-potential business ideas with The Flex Ventures team.
• Own customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Build and test MVPs or no-code prototypes to assess traction.
• Develop business models, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the new concept, with potential to become CEO upon spin-out.
• Collaborate with in-house design, product, and growth teams.
• Iterate quickly, pivot when necessary, and scale successful initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• A builder mindset with a proven ability to execute rapidly.
• Preferred: Founder/Operator experience (failed startups are valued for lessons learned).
• Strong intuition for product, markets, and customer problems.
• Plus: Experience in proptech, real estate, consumer tech, or marketplaces.
• Data-driven, yet comfortable moving fast with incomplete information.
• Grit, creativity, and a deep desire to build something from scratch.
