Key Responsibilities

• Software Deployment & Support: Deploy and upgrade software versions at customer sites. Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Development & Enhancement: Fix bugs and contribute improvements to backend services written in Java and/or Python.
• CI/CD & Automation: Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Infrastructure Management: Build and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal R&D, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Documentation: Write technical documentation, implementation guides, and internal best practices.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and/or DevOps roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong development skills in Java and/or Python.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with Linux-based systems and Git-based version control.
  • Monitoring experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Communication: Fluent English (spoken and written) and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Boot, Flink, or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with distributed systems or high-performance computing.
• Background in semiconductors, embedded systems, or hardware/software integration.
• Experience working with global R&D teams across different time zones.
