What You'll Do

• Coordinate and support the development and preparation of the annual strategic plan, annual operating plan (including annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts), and monthly results analysis.
• Build financial models and perform analysis of actual SG&A and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to meet close timelines and reporting requirements.
• Establish and improve performance metrics for business evaluation and decision-making.
• Provide financial information to business partners for better decision-making.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Detailed understanding of financial reporting.
• Good analytical and computer skills (including data collection).
• Dynamic, high-energy, effective relationship, and communication skills.
• Excellent Excel controlling skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
• A passionate individual with a positive mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
