What You'll Do

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Coordinate and support the preparation of the annual strategic plan, annual operating plan (including budget and forecasts), and monthly results analysis.
• Financial Modeling: Build financial models and analyze actual SG&A expenses and forecasts.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Work with the accounting team to meet reporting deadlines. Support business partners with financial information for better decision-making.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Skills:
  • A detailed understanding of financial reporting.
  • Good analytical and computer skills, including data collection.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
• Personal Attributes:
  • A dynamic and high-energy professional with effective communication skills.
  • A passionate individual with a positive mindset.
• Language: You will be part of a cross-functional and international team, so fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
