Sendbird, a leading omnichannel AI agent platform, is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDP) in Seoul, South Korea. This full-time, on-site role is for a mission-driven professional with 2-3 years of previous experience in a product or product-facing role. You will work directly with customers in the APAC region to lead high-impact deployments of Sendbird’s AI Agent platform and serve as the crucial link between customer feedback and the core product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Deployment & Value: Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and design production-grade AI agents that provide measurable value.
- Feedback Loop: Capture real-world insights from customer interactions and translate them into clear, actionable feedback for the product and engineering teams.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation of internal tools and playbooks to enable faster and more reliable future deployments.
- Hands-on Building: Be ready to build, test, and iterate alongside engineers and customers in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a PM or other product-facing role.
- Technical Background: A CS degree or other technical equivalent. You must have a strong understanding of code and technical familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, or agent-based systems.
- Skills: Excellent ability to work directly with customers and distill complex or vague needs into clear product outcomes. You should have high ownership and comfort with ambiguity, moving fast and adapting quickly.
- Mindset: A spontaneous and adventurous builder who thrives at the edge of product, engineering, and customer success. You must have the confidence to lead externally and the humility to learn quickly.
- Language: Ability to communicate in English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.

자격 요건
- 경력: PM 또는 기타 제품 관련 역할에서 2~3년의 경험.
- 기술 배경: CS 학위 또는 이에 준하는 기술 관련 학력. 코드에 대한 깊은 이해와 AI 도구, 프레임워크 또는 에이전트 기반 시스템에 대한 기술적 친숙함이 있어야 합니다.
