Key Responsibilities

• Support Leadership on High-Impact Projects: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO on strategic initiatives.
• Hiring & Talent Acquisition: Assist the CEO in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Operational Transition & Departmental Support: Temporarily step into operational roles during gaps or urgent needs.
• Expansion & Market Growth: Contribute to company expansion through market research and new city launch support.
• Company Building & Process Optimization: Help design and improve internal processes and workflows for effective scaling.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments for seamless communication and project execution.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

필요 역량
