We're hiring a Front-End Developer (Korean-speaking) to contribute to a language model training project, helping evaluate and improve how AI understands complex web development tasks. This contract-based role lets you apply your deep technical knowledge to build the intelligence powering tomorrow’s engineering copilots.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate AI-generated code for functional and semantic accuracy
  • Discuss architectural and theoretical front-end topics with the model
  • Detect and document error modes and areas of model confusion
  • Provide improvement suggestions for prompts and evaluation metrics
  • Tackle topics like accessibility, performance, responsive design, i18n

Core Technologies & Concepts:

  • React (hooks, classes), Vue, Angular
  • TypeScript, Tailwind, CSS Grid, SVG
  • Jest, Playwright, Lighthouse, CI/CD
  • State management (Redux, Pinia)
  • Web accessibility (ARIA, WCAG)
  • Progressive web apps, code splitting, caching strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in front-end development
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Fluent in Korean; able to review and produce accurate technical content
  • Experience with real-world UI performance and testing
  • Strong communication/documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Open-source contributions or personal portfolio
  • Knowledge of localization (i18n/l10n) for Korean markets
  • Familiarity with prototyping or design systems

자격 요건:

  • 프론트엔드 개발 실무 경험 5년 이상
  • 최신 JS 프레임워크에 대한 높은 이해
  • 한국어 능통자 (문서 작성 및 리뷰 포함)
  • 실전 UI 성능 및 테스트 경험
  • 명확한 커뮤니케이션 및 문서화 능력

우대 사항:

  • 오픈소스 기여 또는 개인 프로젝트 포트폴리오
  • i18n 경험 및 한국 시장 로컬라이징 이해
  • 프로토타이핑 또는 디자인 시스템 경험
