Main Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential business partners, including KOLs, agents, and trading groups.
• Bring trading volume and first-time trading users (not airdrop hunters) to Ourbit.
• Onboard legitimate KOLs to become affiliates for Ourbit.
• Formulate and execute business development strategies to increase Ourbit's user growth and market share.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry dynamics and trends to support company strategic decisions.
• Coordinate internal team resources and collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams for smooth implementation of business cooperation projects.
• Participate in business negotiations and contract signing, ensuring agreements align with company interests and objectives.
• Regularly report on business development progress and performance metrics, providing key data and insights for decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Have a proven track record in getting real users and trading volume to exchanges (specifically in the Taiwan market, which might be a typo for Korea given the job title).
• Extensive experience in Futures BD for centralized exchanges. Familiarity with agency systems and commission mechanisms.
• Possess resources related to KOLs, contract channel agents, etc.
• Excellent business negotiation and communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with various business partners.
• Strong market analysis and data processing capabilities, able to accurately grasp market trends and business opportunities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English is preferred.

• 사업 개발 진행 상황 및 성과 지표를 정기적으로 보고하고, 의사 결정 및 구현을 지원하는 핵심 데이터 및 통찰력을 제공합니다.

직무 요구 사항

• 실제 사용자 및 거래량을 거래소로 유치한 입증된 실적이 있어야 합니다 (공고에는 대만 시장으로 명시되어 있으나, 직무명상 한국 시장으로 추정됨).
• 중앙화된 거래소 선물 BD 분야에서 광범위한 경험. 에이전시 시스템 및 수수료 메커니즘에 익숙해야 합니다.
• KOL, 계약 채널 에이전트 등과 관련된 자원을 보유해야 합니다.
• 다양한 비즈니스 파트너와 효과적으로 협력할 수 있는 뛰어난 비즈니스 협상 및 커뮤니케이션 능력.
