TikTokโs User Growth (UG) team in Seoul is seeking a Growth Marketing Creative Manager to drive creative-led user acquisition strategies. You'll design, execute, and optimize performance advertising campaigns targeting millions of users, managing the full creative production lifecycle from ideation to delivery. This role involves data-driven decision making, insightful performance analysis, and close collaboration with crossโfunctional teams to support global growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies to maximize growth across online paid media channels
- Oversee creative production lifecycle: briefing agencies/internal teams, reviewing scripts/edits, and tracking performance
- Monitor analytics dashboards; use data insights to inform creative optimization
- Support user acquisition campaigns on digital platforms
- Explore and test new creative formats and channels for performance marketing
- Collaborate with other UG teams to streamline creative workflows
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years in digital performance marketing, advertising, branding, journalism, film, or a related creative field
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret metrics and drive actionable insights
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Passion for content and familiarity with tech/media
Preferred:
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative
- Strong communication skills; able to work under pressure and alongside crossโfunctional stakeholders
