Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership: Define the overall SEO strategy for the Korean market and report to the COO. You will train, manage, and potentially recruit SEOs and editors for your team.
• Website Management: Be responsible for growing traffic on websites that generate significant organic monthly revenue. Work with the product team to ensure new features and releases are SEO-friendly.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical website audits, troubleshoot problem pages, and analyze SEO reports to derive actionable insights.
• Content & Link Building: Support and guide editorial staff on best practices, analyze gaps in link building, and produce competitor and keyword analysis.
• Commercial Growth: Demonstrate a commercial mindset and a hands-on approach to drive tangible ranking and commercial growth for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong technical SEO experience, with a highly preferred background in the affiliate marketing or iGaming industry. Proven success in developing and implementing long-term SEO strategies.
• Skills: Experience managing high-traffic gambling sites. The ability to identify and manage resources (e.g., content) as needed.
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and Korean.
• Mindset: A commercially-minded individual with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality who is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• 상업적 성장: 상업적 사고방식과 실무적인 태도를 가지고 프로젝트의 실질적인 순위 및 상업적 성장을 이끌어냅니다.

자격 요건

• 경험: 경쟁이 치열한 업계에서 쌓은 강력한 기술적 SEO 경험이 필수이며, 제휴 마케팅 또는 iGaming 배경을 가진 분을 매우 선호합니다. 장기적인 결과를 가져오는 SEO 전략을 개발하고 실행한 입증된 성공 사례.
• 기술: 높은 트래픽의 도박 사이트를 관리한 경험. 필요시 리소스(예: 콘텐츠)를 파악하고 관리하는 능력.
• 언어: 영어와 한국어 모두 뛰어난 구사 능력(작문 및 회화).
• 마인드: 상업적 마인드를 가지고 실무에 적극적으로 임하며, 빠르고 변화무쌍한 환경에서 능동적이고 지략이 풍부한 분.
