Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Act as the lead for delivering high-quality HRSG engineering designs that meet performance, cycle, and cost targets. You will also manage a team responsible for executing projects from the initial release through to drawing execution.
• Team Management: Lead and prioritize resources across a global team spanning Schenectady, Windsor, Changwon, and Delhi. You will organize design teams and personnel from other groups to drive project execution and progress.
• Process & Budget Management: Track project progress against technical and budget plans, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed. You will also support resource planning, allocation, and budgeting for the projects your team leads.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a collaborative mindset and a commitment culture within the team. You will work on continuous improvement to increase productivity and ensure engineering resources can be flexibly shared and reallocated to meet business objectives.
• Support & Strategy: Assist in creating proposals, evaluating the team's capacity for new projects, and conducting "what-if" scenario studies. You'll also work with COE leaders to ensure the smooth transition of design rules and automation tools.

Requirements

• For roles outside the USA: Advanced experience in Engineering, Technology, and Mechanical Components. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree.
• For roles in the USA: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma/GED with at least six years of relevant experience.
• Personal Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and established project management skills. The ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs is also desired.

• 지속적 개선: 팀 내 협업 마인드와 헌신 문화를 조성합니다. 생산성을 높이기 위한 지속적인 개선 활동을 추진하고, HRSG 및 비즈니스 목표 달성을 위해 엔지니어링 리소스를 필요에 따라 유연하게 공유하고 재할당할 수 있도록 합니다.
• 지원 및 전략: 제안서 작성, 신규 프로젝트 처리 능력에 대한 질의 응답, 가상 시나리오 연구 등을 지원합니다. 또한, COE 리더들과 협력하여 디자인 규칙 및 자동화 도구가 디자인 프로젝트에 원활하게 적용되도록 합니다.

자격 요건

• 미국 외 지역: 공학, 기술 및 기계 부품 분야의 고급 경험. 학사 학위에 준하는 지식 수준.
• 미국 내 지역: 관련 분야의 학사 학위 또는 6년 이상의 관련 경험.
• 개인 역량: 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 기술. 문제를 분석하고 해결하는 능력. 프로그램 문서화, 계획, 마케팅 및 실행 능력. 검증된 프로젝트 관리 기술.
