As an Interactive Producer in Korea, you will lead and manage the localization of global web and email marketing programs, as well as technical developments for Apple’s digital platforms in Korea. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Korea and with global counterparts, balancing technical, creative, and production requirements to ensure successful campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. You’ll orchestrate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sustaining programs on apple.com and other digital channels while safeguarding technical and production best practices. This role demands strong digital production skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication to maintain Apple’s exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of product launch and seasonal campaign content on apple.com and eDM communications in Korea
- Act flexibly as team leader or individual contributor based on project needs
- Maintain relationships across business functions, advising global and local partners on project status
- Balance multiple workflows with ambitious deadlines and set clear expectations
- Oversee production resources, timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to ensure quality execution
- Support internal partners such as Apple Retail, AppleCare, Product Marketing, and Services
- Collaborate with agency partners to deliver production, localization, and QA for digital initiatives
- Communicate effectively with global teams to address regional requirements
- Act as a liaison for interactive infrastructure, including CMS and translation systems
- Safeguard best practices for design, publishing, production, and QA
- Increase data-driven analysis to shape future communication strategies
- Travel abroad as needed to support projects
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Business-level fluency in both Korean and English
- 5+ years’ experience in a digital creative agency, in-house Marcom, or digital marketing department
- Proven experience managing digital projects, including CRM, social, campaigns, and large-scale websites
- Experience with website and eDM analytics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong communicator with ability to influence technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented, confident, and self-directed
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Analytical thinker with ability to translate challenges into solutions
- Passionate about technology and emerging digital trends
- Flexibility to work outside business hours for launches or urgent projects

자격 요건
필수 요건
- 비즈니스 수준의 한국어 및 영어 능력
- 디지털 에이전시, 인하우스 마컴, 디지털 마케팅 부서 등에서 5년 이상의 경력
- CRM, 소셜, 대규모 웹사이트 프로젝트 관리 경험
- 웹사이트, eDM 분석 및 리포팅 경험
