We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our dynamic IT team in Seoul, Korea. This internship provides hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, and project work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates well, and has a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment like laptops and printers.
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of networking and cloud fundamentals are a plus.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or cloud platforms.
- Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService).

- 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 네트워크 문제 해결을 지원합니다.
- 노트북, 프린터 등 IT 장비의 설정, 구성, 유지보수를 지원합니다.
- 사용자 계정, 권한, 접근 관리를 돕습니다.
- 시스템 업그레이드, 마이그레이션, 배포 등 IT 프로젝트에 참여합니다.
- IT 프로세스, 절차, 기술 가이드를 문서화합니다.
- 내부 사용자에게 1차 기술 지원을 제공합니다.
- 사이버 보안 모니터링 및 규정 준수 업무를 지원합니다.
필요 역량
- 정보 기술, 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야의 학위 또는 학위를 취득 중인 자.
- 컴퓨터 시스템, 모바일 기기 및 기타 기술 제품에 대한 기본 이해.
- Windows 및/또는 macOS 환경에 대한 지식.
- 강력한 문제 해결 및 의사소통 능력.
- 독립적으로 그리고 팀의 일원으로 일할 수 있는 능력.
