Your Role

We're looking for an Investment Banking Analyst who is an analytical and inventive thinker, eager to develop pitch ideas and drive business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pitch book presentations on industry trends, client options, and strategic recommendations.
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches to advance the business.
• Identify and meet client needs, coordinating with colleagues and investors.
• Create and analyze financial models for potential transactions and client pitches.
• Spot problems, generate options, and recommend solutions.
• Lead execution and project management for potential transactions, coordinating teams and participating in negotiations.

Your Expertise

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a similar role; promising fresh graduates are also considered.
• Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution with strong academic qualifications.
• Solid financial analysis skills, capable of quickly producing accurate presentations.
• Adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with team members and deliver quality work under tight schedules.
• Driven, creative, and with exemplary integrity.
• Fluent in English and Korean languages.

• 잠재적 거래의 실행 및 프로젝트 관리를 주도하고, 은행가, 법률 고문, 세금 고문 팀을 조율하며, 실사 프로세스를 실행하고 법률 문서 협상에 적극적으로 참여.

필요 역량

• 투자은행 또는 유사/관련 역할에서 이상적으로 1-2년의 경력이 있으며, 유망한 신입 졸업생도 고려됩니다.
• 명문대 학부 졸업 및 뛰어난 학업 자격 증명.
• 정확한 프레젠테이션 자료를 신속하게 만들 수 있는 견고한 재무 분석 능력.
• 다양한 주제 영역 간을 원활하게 전환할 수 있는 적응력.
• 강력한 의사소통 능력과 팀 플레이어.
