What You’ll Do

• Expand and maintain partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs
• Deliver system training and conduct product presentations
• Collaborate on business growth strategies and identify upsell opportunities
• Provide partner support and resolve incidents
• Manage API integrations and support transaction accuracy
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Travel for meetings and industry events (~30%)
• Generate reports using CRM and internal tools

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in B2B account management or business development within travel
• Strong knowledge of South Korea’s travel market and B2B travel networks
• Fluency in Korean and English
• Comfortable with travel (~30%)
• Data-driven with analytical skillset
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• API integration experience is a plus
• International mindset and strong teamwork orientation
