Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Order Management: Manage end-to-end logistics, including imports, warehousing, distribution, shipping, and order fulfillment, to ensure customer orders are accurate and efficient.
• 3PL Partnership: Coordinate with 3PL partners to track inventory, process shipments, maintain accurate records, and monitor performance against established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Customs & Compliance: Oversee customs clearance processes with brokers, prepare and review all import documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance for international shipments.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns, providing exceptional support through various channels.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze key supply chain reports (KPIs, cycle counts, quality inspections) to identify opportunities for duty savings, process improvements, and cost reductions.
• Cross-Functional Support: Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons and product launches, ensuring Fender's quality standards are maintained.
• Product Knowledge & Customer Service: Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate Fender's features and benefits. You will also help process returns and exchanges and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience & Education: A college degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or global supply chain management.
• Technical Skills: You should have demonstrated knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs compliance, and import documentation requirements. Proficiency with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is also required, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Personal Attributes: You must have a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating with both internal teams and external partners. Familiarity with Fender products or an understanding of musical instruments is highly desirable.

• 제품 지식 및 고객 서비스: 펜더의 특징과 장점을 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록 강력한 제품 지식을 습득합니다. 또한 반품 및 교환 처리를 돕고, 고객 만족도를 향상시킬 기회를 식별합니다.

자격 요건

• 경력 및 학력: 공급망 관리, 경영학 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위가 우대되며, 물류, 수출입 업무 또는 글로벌 공급망 관리 분야에서 3년 이상의 경력이 필요합니다.
• 기술 역량: 국제 배송 규정, 통관 규정 준수 및 수입 서류 요구사항에 대한 지식이 입증되어야 합니다. 창고 관리 시스템, ERP 플랫폼 및 Microsoft Office Suite에 능숙해야 하며, 강력한 데이터 분석 및 보고 능력을 갖추어야 합니다.
