Key Responsibilities

• Business Development Initiatives: Lead and serve as the primary contact for all business development initiatives within the Asia packaging and labels platform.
• Market Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in Asia (China & SEA).
• Opportunity Vetting: Work with sales and strategy teams to vet new opportunities for strategic and tactical fit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives and oversee the creation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize initiatives and lead teams to solve complex problems using analytical and innovative thought.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the packaging industry (folding cartons preferred) and 3+ years in business development, contracts, or marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of various packaging types (e.g., folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugate) and experience with global brands, contract manufacturers, and OEMs.
• Regional Expertise: Experience working within the Asia (China & SEA) packaging, labels, and supply chain market, with an understanding of its competitive landscape and challenges.
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in sales account management and profitable growth.

자격 요건

• 학력: 마케팅, 비즈니스 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위. MBA 우대.
• 경력: 포장 산업(접이식 상자 우대)에서 5년 이상의 경험, 사업 개발, 계약, 라이선싱 또는 마케팅 분야에서 3년 이상의 경험.
• 산업 지식: 다양한 포장 유형(예: 접이식 상자, 견고한 상자, 골판지)에 대한 깊은 지식과 글로벌 브랜드, 계약 제조업체, OEM과 협력한 경험.
• 지역 전문성: 아시아(중국 및 SEA) 포장, 라벨, 공급망 시장에서 근무한 경험이 있고, 경쟁 환경 및 도전 과제에 대한 이해.
• 기술: 강력한 분석 및 전략적 사고 능력, 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션, 프레젠테이션, 협상 및 대인 관계 기술. 영업 계정 관리 및 수익성 있는 성장에 대한 경험이 입증된 분.
