Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Manager, Data Foundation to lead data foundation programs across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This hybrid-work, full-time role is based in Seoul, Korea, with a focus on implementing initiatives related to Data Quality, Data Catalog, Master Data Management, and more. The successful candidate will drive data governance, automation, and literacy while managing a team of contractors and collaborating with remote stakeholders. This position requires strong technical skills in Spark SQL and Regular Expressions, along with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Data Programs: Lead the implementation of data foundation programs, including Data Quality monitoring, Data Catalog enrichment, and Master Data Management.
- Establish Data Governance: Define and enforce Data Governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the region.
- Drive Innovation: Leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to enhance data quality, improve the Data Catalog, and automate processes.
- Manage Teams & Stakeholders: Manage a team of contractors and influence IT DevOps teams. Engage effectively with remote stakeholders across different countries, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Foster Data Literacy: Drive initiatives to build a data-driven culture and improve data literacy throughout the APAC region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Catalog programs.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in Spark SQL and Regular Expressions (Regex). Good understanding of databases, ETL processes, DevOps practices, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts, particularly for data quality and catalog enrichment.
- Communication: Excellent remote communication skills and a demonstrated ability to manage contractors and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Korean, Japanese, or Chinese language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

필수 기술 및 자격
- 경험: 데이터 관리, 데이터 거버넌스, 데이터 품질 또는 데이터 카탈로그 프로그램 관련 분야에서 입증된 경험.
- 기술: Spark SQL 및 정규 표현식(Regex)에 대한 강력한 기술. 데이터베이스, ETL 프로세스, DevOps 관행, 클라우드 데이터베이스를 포함한 AWS 클라우드 인프라에 대한 좋은 이해.
- AI/ML 지식: 데이터 품질 및 카탈로그 강화 맥락에서 AI 및 머신러닝 개념에 대한 지식.
- 소통: 뛰어난 원격 커뮤니케이션 기술. 여러 계약직 직원을 관리하고 다양한 국가의 원격 이해관계자들과 효과적으로 협력할 수 있는 능력이 입증된 분.
