In This Role, You'll Get To

• Craft and execute impactful campaigns that bring fresh, meaningful value to our customers, from ideation to execution.
• Lead hotel campaigns, creating diverse opportunities for hotel partners to join and boost performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing managers across Hotels, Flights, and Tickets, aligning with key stakeholders to shape and launch compelling onsite campaigns.
• Own the onsite experience, setting up campaign pages, banners, and leveraging our owned marketing channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize performance of onsite banners and app push notifications to ensure high engagement and click-through.
• Coordinate with cross-channel teams—including App Marketing, Social media, and Branding—to amplify campaign success.
• Report and analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, open rates, page views) post-campaign, continuously improving future activations with data-driven insights.

• An excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments, aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
• A strong understanding of digital platform performance metrics, knowing what drives clicks, conversions, and results.
• Fluency in data, comfortable interpreting numbers and turning them into actionable insights.
• A proactive and positive mindset, taking ownership, moving fast, and bringing energy to the team.
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, for confident navigation in a global work environment.
