Join the marketing team to support client engagement strategies, exclusive events, and premium client experiences for Loro Piana’s VIC (Very Important Client) audience. Gain exposure to luxury brand marketing, CRM, and cross-functional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of client engagement programs
- Coordinate events, experiences, and gifting to strengthen client loyalty
- Conduct research on best practices in luxury client experience
- Support client experience tool development and CRM initiatives
- Work with retail, merchandising, and visual teams to ensure smooth rollout
- Assist with reporting, data tracking, and KPI analysis
- Handle administrative tasks, including event logistics
Qualifications:
- University degree holder
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail or luxury marketing is a plus
- Cross-cultural or international marketing exposure preferred

자격 요건:

- 리테일/럭셔리 마케팅 경험자 우대
- 국제적·다문화 환경 경험자 우대
