Key Responsibilities

• Event logistics: Plan and coordinate trade shows, symposiums, and product presentations, including securing approvals (e.g., Ariba, KMDIA) and managing vendors.
• Marketing collateral management: Support the creation, reviewing, and release of marketing materials via Agile systems; track stock levels.
• Demo system coordination: Organize logistics and inventory tracking for the da Vinci surgical system and accessories used at events.
• Administrative support: Maintain marketing budgets, project trackers, KPI reports, and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field (preferred).
• Experience in marketing operations or event planning preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of document/content management systems helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• English proficiency preferred.

자격 요건

• 과학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상(우대)
• 마케팅 운영 또는 이벤트 기획 경력자 우대
• 문서 관리 시스템 활용 가능자 우대
• 높은 수준의 조직력과 멀티태스킹 능력, 기한 내 업무 수행 가능
• Microsoft Office 활용 능숙
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 역량
• 영어 활용 가능자 우대
